Friday Night Lights-Part 3

More handpies for tailgating (or wagon-gating) at the football game. This time, they are meat handpies so we served them up for the dinner course.

DINNER: Irish Beef Handpies

Here is the recipe. They were dee-lish, but I might add some more seasoning next time. And I made my own pie crust, using this recipe.

I just printed the recipe. I think my kids will love these. Thanks! We went to a local football game last night. The boys were in heaven... baby girl liked the dancers at the halftime show. I wasn't as prepared as you for a tailgate party... so a bag of kettle corn was our trick :)
