"He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the hearts of men; yet they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning to end."

I loved this today. Thank you :)

Janna, I love this! As a fellow composter I can so relate to this!!!
And I will look differently at our heaps now. What beautiful thoughts for such nasty looking piles of waste.
And btw we have melons growing in our open compost bin. Fun stuff to watch!

I'm often shocked at the unending supply of waste that I daily throw into my own personal composte pile before the Lord. I'm always shocked at the consistent supply of attitudes, thoughts and words that spew out of my heart and mind. Where does that come from?
Those ugly weeds tend to choke out the beauty of the harvest bounty.
Thank the Lord for His grace and mercy toward us and that His mercies are new every morning. Thanks for this visual reminder of how He makes beauty out of ashes.

Oh Janna - this is just beautiful. I shared this on my FB page today. So encouraged my heart to think of what our God can do with the "ickiness", the un-desirable inside me. Thank you!
