Anne's 8th birthday is NEXT Friday and I just realized I never posted pics from last year's birthday.
Anne invited two girlfriends over to watch Nancy Drew and some sleuthing of their own.
We used the movie for inspiration, as well as the famous turquoise-yellow book colors.
Each girl received items for their sleuth kids: notebook, pencil, band-aids, magnifying glass, flashlight, tin with a lemon square inside.
We also redecorated her room in vintage Nancy Drew style. I'll take some pic and get those posted too.
But for now, check out the Nancy Drew Pinterest board...
Janna.. This is too cute and precious! Thanks for sharing. I'm sure they had the best time. The decor is darling and I love the color scheme. You are one creative mama. I'm sure you enjoyed the Nancy Drew theme even more than Anne did!

Have you seen the classic Nancy Drew TV series (black and white, not sure of year)? My daughter loves it! Anything black and white that my daughter loves I jump on it! I'm a classic movie and TV fan and she likes some but not all. So I was so excited when she got into these. Worth looking into.
